Because we have not met up out there, I would like for you to state specifically what the bank would like to have done.
There are numerous spots around the home that have not been painted or caulked. The only part of the house that has paint on it is; the front where you enter and around the back.
The pillars in the garage area are rotting. They have been primed but not painted. There are several pillars around the back double doors which have not been painted at all. They are bare wood and without sealer and paint will soon rot.
The soffit and most facial all the way around the house has not been painted and the underside of the carport is unfinished.
The soffit at the back of the home has not been finished. There is a hole that leads into the attic.
The reason there is a color difference in the paint is because whoever put the siding up did not even bother to finish the job. Both sides of the house need caulking between the planks and nail holes filled in.
