Starting from the front and working around the house: Front of home. Entry frame painted. Facial to left of door unpainted and not caulked. There is a gap between the brick and door frame. Leave 'as is' or finish? Side of house facing stables. You can see that the lighter planks are unpainted and not caulked. There is a spot near the roof where the darker paint stops.
Closer picture of gaps in planks where there is no caulk.
Underside of carport. Unpainted and not caulked. Leave as is or finish?
Another view of underside of carport. Some of these pillars are rotting at the bottom. The one in the far left of the picture is so rotted that it can swing freely. Leave as is or replace?
Missing soffit at rear. This is a hole leading into the attic. Animals, birds, wind, rain etc. can enter the house here. None of the soffit on the underside has been painted or caulked. You can also see the unpainted pillars. Leave as is or replace and paint?
Another view of missing soffit.
Side of house on carport side. The dark is where there is paint. The lighter shade is where there is no paint. Notice also where the paint on the trim stops?
This is what the soffit looks like all the way around the house. Holes, gaps, etc. Leave as is or finish?
